Anyone getting any seller (final value fee) discount offers from eBay lately?

I used to occasionally get offers of 5 or 6% final value fees or FVFs capped at a certain dollar amount. Haven't seen such an offer for quite some time now.

I actually got an offer about a month ago. I've never sold a card on there, only bought, so maybe it a first time user type of offer. It was for 5 cards where the FVF was waived completely up to a certain amount. I'm in Canada, so it was an eBay.ca deal.
Most I get anymore is 5% ebucks for like 2-3 days. Oh how I miss the 15-20% off up to $100 on everything they did a few years ago.
