Tiffany?

Ok stiil going through my giant collection. Having issues with Tiffany vs. Non Tiffany. The picture i have included is a 1989 Ken Griffey Jr Traded and a Base Set Jose Conseco. Is the difference i see a Tiffany Vs. NON tiffany or Traded vs. BASE SET

    both appear to be regular topps cards. traded set has the lighter back which looks like tiffany's but not seeing the gloss.

    yours appears to have the lighter pink shade background around the griffey name and the flatter red background around bio indicating it's just a regular version.

    100% not tiffany, just the base Topps Traded version.
