Is this a 19th century strike or 20th century restrike: Washington/Jackson Paquet token?

It might be the sellers scan but it doesn't look to have the 1960s sandblasted mint finish. I tried comparing it to other ones online but the only difference I see is that the 20th century ones seem to have a thicker rim. This ones rims look thinner. Thanks.

Definitely 20th Century - it might be slightly earlier (1950's - 1960's) than the last yellow bronze issues that continued through the turn of the century. There are several different recognizable finishes from throughout the 20th Century starting with a sea green finish continuing through several somewhat darker finishes ending with the brash yellow bronze that kept getting lighter and lighter in color the longer it was used. There has been some study of the color vs date on US Mint medals but more research is needed. The 19th Century strikes are in the familiar mahogany finish.
I don't believe the mini-Presidential pieces were struck all century long but reappeared after WWII, probably in the 1950's when the Mint started doing current strikes of many of the classic early Presidential, Army & Navy medals. There are minor variations in the mini medal series probably due to different planchets, presses and freshening of the dies.
Thanks tokenpro for the information. Good to know.
