Reputable Stamp Dealer near/in Vegas?

Good morning,
A friend who lives near Vegas inherited a stamp collection and was looking for recommendations for a dealer who would provide a fair offer (if interested). I'm a coin guy and explained the differences between fast sale for less money vs. long sale, with more time invested, for a higher return. I don't know anything about the collection or whether there are keys, etc. but the collector had been in it for decades before he passed.

Many collections are worth less than face value. Would really need some details on what kind of stuff is there.
