Is the 1982 OPC baseball unopened wax box the same as the 1982 Topps unopened box, but being OPC? As far as cards numbering etc?

OPC has 396 cards, Topps has 792.

No Ripken in OPC set.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Both hold value well. Just don’t dare open the 82OPC.
..or the 82Topps for that matter.
Did not know if Ripken was there.
