Frosting on PSA slab?

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie here and looking for advice on this slab from some of the veterans with PSA. Does this slab look normal from PSA or would you consider this frosting on the top edge? The rest of the slab looks nice but not sure about the top if that is from the sonic sealing or otherwise? Any help would be appreciated.
