    Congrats to USA Rarities on his first Black NGC slab. I remember when I bought my first black NGC slab from a dealer back in 1988. I remember how odd it looked. It looked like a tiny version of the GSA slab to me.

    In case anyone is wondering, I was not the seller of the black NGC slab.
