Just wanted to know how much I should buy this note for? The owner is taking offers and I dont really buy notes so just wanted to know how much these notes go for??

Generally anything fancy with a large head I avoid. There's too many of them that were saved unlike the older small heads.
Near solid serial numbers generally sell for between $50 and $100 depending on sequencing and grade. Graded examples, especially highly graded examples bring a little more. Personally, I would offer $50 and see what he says. I like seeing odd notes like that
Would like to see a much better image of the bill i can probably give you a good acurrate grade on it, I am learning coins but currency has been my thing for a long time. at that angel I cannot tell you if that front is offset as i cant get a good eye measurement on the right side of the bill. But from what i see it looks to be offset as well both sides should be even not one larger then the other. I have seen that a lot on the newer bills though so there is that.
I like to get serails like these as thesaes notes are seperated by 33 years
