PSA Opening Economy Submissions

Does anyone know when PSA will be re-opening economy submissions again? From what Iunderstand they closed submissions for a few tiers because they were overwhelmed with submissions, but they were planning to reopen on July 1. So far, they have not reopened. Does anybody have any information (insider or otherwise), about when they will be open?

Also, does anyone know how much they would charge for 50 or more economy tier submissions? I hope its not a full $1000!
