Question about import duties when purchasing cards from another country

What HS code is used for the cards?
Anyone ever done this and able to explain the process in detail including how to determine total fees?

I've used this in the past: 4911.91.00.30
I spoke with an import broker agent at FedEx once and they said it doesn't mean anything, for what that's worth. The item description is more important it seems, ie instead of writing "2000 bowman hobby box", write "box of football trading cards".
