Looking to acquire Young Victoria/St George Gold Sovereign 1879 London mint to honor my grandmother

Coin will be worn in a necklace, so does not need to be in mint condition, but hoping to find one that is XF or AU. If anyone has one or knows where I might be able to acquire one, please post here or send me a PM.

A whole lot cheaper if you get one with the "S" or "M" mintmark.
Ringram coins in England has an ms53 PCGS for sale.

    Well, just Love coins, period.

Do you know what a fair price would be for both a decent (or better) XF and AU example?

    Thank you.

An AU53 slabbed by the two major TPGs would likely be in the 750-1000 pounds, or 1200-1500. In a London auction these days, who knows as they have gone a bit gold-mad?
