How do I tell if these Franklin halves are proofs?

I have about a dozen Franklin halves in these holders, and I don’t know how to tell if they are proofs. To my amateur eye, the bell lines look very full, although that may not come through in the pictures. I am wondering whether these should be graded (I’ve never graded coins before). Any knowledge would be helpful… thanks!

They look like proofs to me.

Proofs of that era look like that - well struck, lots of detail, and smooth surfaces (only the first coins struck from new dies had frosted devices).

Grading them is only warranted if they are exceptional, which these might not be.

They are Proofs, which typically exhibit reflective, mirror-like surfaces.
