EBAY Standard Envelope Listing

When listing a card under standard envelope listing do you select buyer pays a flat cost and then put the .91? Or do you state buyer pays based on location? I put location, but then when you see listing before clicked on it states shipping not specified? Once you go to the item is shows shipping .91 standard shipping.

I typically put flat fee of $1 to cover supply costs and choose the standard envelope option. It’s a flat charge, so there’s no need to select “based on location”.

Charge a buck and call it a day. I can't think of any good reason to be charging based on location unless you are selling heavy items that can't ship flat rate.

I would list it as free shipping and adding the extra buck to the listing price.
