Years ago I had a return on an XF VDB because she said I sent the wrong coin. I got it back, opened it, and saw the VDB with my naked eye. I emailed her back, she simply said, "I didn't see it. "

I think he's expecting to see the VDB on Lincoln's shoulder to be honest. Who knows! The other is I see a coin swap coming on a return.

Maybe in auction descriptions you should have a pick with an arrow pointed to the VDB. Should take care of that problem.
