On May 16th, I auctioned a 2020 U.S. Mint Medal Mayflower Voyage 400th Anniversary Silver Reverse Proof PR70, and the winning bid was $101.

Yesterday, June 20th, I auctioned another PR70 on GC and the winning bid was $260.

My question is....Why did the buyer spend 157% more for this medal 35 days later?

Of note, there were 43 bids on this medal, as opposed to 12 bids on the earlier auction.

Modern medal guys??

Anyone?

It only takes one extra person.

They don't have an ebay account? Averaging around $200 on ebay. So your GC average is $180

    Thanks for that, @jmlanzaf.

I also noticed that GC does not auction off too many medals from what I can see.

I meant that they were about the same. Ebay results in April seem a little lower. Might just be the current melt up.
