Topps Stickerback #56

I was trying to organize and came across a Terry Steinback #56. It looks like him on the front but on the back it has 2 different guys. One you can tell is a Detroit player. The other one is number 43. Oh and did I mention it’s a mini card so it’s hard to see stuff. No where does anyone mention the 2 different guys on the back. Is it an error card?

Depending on the year, I think this is how they were issued. A pic would help.
