So the voucher is only good for coins less than $300 now?

I've been putting aside coins for this submission. Finally got 8 together and apparently it was all for nothing. I can't imagine a reason to renew this membership again.
Waste of $249. Keep your magazines, keep your shirt.

I didn't get a shirt!
How does the saying go, "sin in haste, repent at your leisure"?
My guess the coin value stated on the submission form would probably be accepted unless you are way off base or if the coin grades a lot higher than your estimate. "Value" is very subjective. What happens if you get a no grade? Clearly value would drop significantly.
If you need to eat crow eat it while it's warm It just gets harder to chew the longer you wait.
Imagine estimating the FR02 half disme?
