Can Anyone Give A Date to this cob

I dug this Cob on a Beach 25 miles South of Buffalo NY. I found it years ago but really never knew a date ,, can you guys help with a date and any additional info . The 2 x 2 has info on it not sure if it is right.

    I never knew that there were any beaches 25 miles South of Buffalo. Can't help you with the date, but it looks like cobs found on the Gulf or SE sector of the US, from thousands of tumbles in/on the sand.
