PCGS login issue

Say, can anyone shed some light on this situation.
I would like to log into my PCGS account but my password is not recognized.

When I click the 'Forgot Password" link this is what I get.

Based on the 'screenshot', it appears that you are already signed in. I think this because the system is displaying your name and member number (i.e., the areas that you 'blocked' in your 'screenshot').

FWIW - If you need to sign in and have forgotten you password:
~ click "forgot your password?" on the sign in page. The system will then ask for the e-mail address you provided when you opened your PCGS account.
~ enter the e-mail address associated with your PCGS account. The system will then send you an e-mail with a link for resetting your password.
~ open the link and enter a new password, and then confirm it. This resets your password. You can then sign in using your new password. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirming the password change.
