    Hey James. Hope you are well. I actually disagree with you in this case. While it is a small sample size, it is my experience that 1989 factory sets are some of the best bets for 9/10's out there in terms of junk era rips. Score actually had pretty good quality control for these sets and if you get lucky with centering you actually have a good chance at a 9/10 (at least the way PSA used to grade). Relative to almost any other rip I can think of from the era, these sets churn out high quality cards.
