Ezekiel Elliott Is Reportedly Getting Sued For Another Alleged Dog Attack
Ezekiel Elliott‘s dogs just can’t seem to stay out of trouble these days. A new lawsuit has been filed alleging that Elliott’s Rottweiler attacked an individual working at a pet resort.
Elliott checked his three dogs into the Bliss Pet Spa in Prosper, Texas earlier this year. Brandon Williams, an employee at the boarding facility, eventually took all three dogs outside.
That’s when he claims Elliott’s Rottweiler suddenly attacked him. The lawsuit claims the dog clenched down on Williams’ right arm and threw him to the ground.
TMZ Sports has the details surrounding the lawsuit.
“[Brandon] Williams claims he was taking the Cowboys running back’s Rottweiler and two bulldogs out to relieve themselves — when all of a sudden, Elliott’s Rottweiler attacked,” wrote TMZ Sports. “Williams says the dog seized his right arm, clamped down, and threw him to the ground. Williams claims the bite was so ferocious, he needed stitches and was ‘seriously injured.’ Williams is now suing Elliott and Bliss Pet Resort … seeking more than $250,000, but less than $1 million.”
Ezekiel Elliott’s attorney, Frank Salzano, has issued a statement in response to the lawsuit. Both he and Elliott were “surprised” to hear of the “complaint.”
“Mr. Elliott and his representatives were very surprised to learn of Mr. Williams’ complaint, particularly given that Bliss Pet Spa indicated at the time of the incident that this was not uncommon and was being handled under standard spa protocol,” Salzano said, via TMZ Sports. “Mr. Elliott will address this matter accordingly.”
This isn’t the first time one of Elliott’s dogs have been in trouble. Elliott’s pool cleaner accused Elliott’s dogs of biting her in March of 2020.
This is yet another incident involving his dogs the Dallas Cowboys running back will have to deal with, hopefully ahead of the 2021 season.

So his dog was at the dog spa, and it bit the spa employee who was in charge of the dog. Now the employee wants hundreds of thousands of dollars.
