Canadian Coin News just published an article stating that a 1900 Canadian fifty-cent Vicky graded PCGS MS63 is missing and presumed stolen. They did not give details as to the determination of it being stolen, but they did include a now-deactivated TrueView and cert number that shows the coin. They also surmise that it might have been dipped or altered in order to conceal its identity; let's hope they are wrong about that and that the coin is recovered.
