Mechanical Error - Turnaround Time?

They don’t guarantee and turnaround times for mechanical errors. They are accepting them now, but does anyone know what the turnaround time is?

My last batch took about 5.5 months.
I just sent one card in (wrong label) and got it back in 3 weeks.
Huh, quite a bit different than 5.5 months. There is hope!

My latest batch took 13 months

My last one took 2 months .. I have one out now that is coming up on 2 months
OP here.. mine was delivered last Friday, received in and at step 4 all today. It now shows properly in the pop report. Maybe it will slowdown now, hopefully not. Fingers crossed.
