1865/865 FS-304 3-cent nickel
Well known FS-304 variety with widely recut date, and with a huge cud on the reverse.
I've seen a few with the reverse die cracked near K10, but I have not seen another with as large a cud as on this coin.
The prices for these seem to be all over the place. A couple of eBay examples are here and here.
