1977 Star Wars Topps vs. O-Pee Chee (OPC) Sticker Cards

I've been trying to complete my 77 Star Wars "sticker" set with graded cards of at least "8" and up for several years now. I recently found out that there is no difference between the Topps versions and the O-pee Chee versions. When I search the web on the subject i can't seem to find any info on this. How do I know if I have a Topps version or not? Does it matter? Thanks! Jeff

The Topps versions have ** before the copyright but the OPC has * before the copyright.
@1966CUDA ... wow. thanks so much. looks like half of mine are OPC. Wonder why PSA does not identify them on their labels when they grade them? Much appreciate!
