You can now request buyers to revise negative or neutral feedback from the feedback comments section. I don't know what you'd have to say to convince someone but I guess it's worth a try.

That has always been eBay's first advice - "talk to the other party" - when approached about changing feedback but eBay just put this in plain sight when they revamped their leave/reply to feedback page. I can see it working if the complaint is about slow delivery if you show it was shipped on time or in some similar situations. (but it did not work for me which is why I carry one neutral). You can still appeal to eBay (but good luck with that). There were several other changes including the length of the feedback spiel left for you (a ticking time bomb?).
