Yes, it's a 10 centimes from the VIchy State (Nazi-occupied France), struck 1941-1944. It's made of zinc, which as you can observe is a terrible metal to make coins from because it corrodes readily.

It has no numismatic interest or value.
10 centimes 1980 Coin. But it is how rare? Not it is in coins magazine.
Nazis were'nt around anymore in 1980
Depending on the size (there were two different) it's either 1941/1943 (large) or 1943/1944 (small)

It is a common type from WWII, not 1980.
