I presume you pegged it as Philip II by the the lack of a Portuguese escutcheon. That only matters for Spain proper... it never appeared on New World shield-style cobs save for a singular exception (the rare earliest Colombia pieces - 8R of 1621-22 and 1R of 1625).
Nice original patina, but might be slightly shaved. What's the weight to the 0.1g?
