so I have a Bronze Medal that measures at 1 5/16 (1.3125 inches) or 33.3375mm and I need to know what album page's mm I need to properly store it in, 33mm or 34mm page

Your not going to get 3/8 inch stretch in the whole. You're going to be swimming in the 34 mm hole
did you try contacting whitman directly?
I also note that whitman sells a first spouse medal album and those medals were 1 5/16" perhaps someone at whitman can compare the pages.
