PCGS cross over express service

Sent 3 coins to PCGS for crossover, stuck in QA for about 10 Business Days and none of them crossed. Pretty frustrated, not sure why it took so long for QA if it does NOT cross over. Any idea ?

    I would guess they are backlogged in QA. My Paris Express submission has been sitting in QA for 3 weeks now. At least the grades posted, so there's that.

    If they didn't cross over, there is nothing for QA. That's where I am confused....

    How long does the crossover last?
