    Mine has a bit more wear on it than yours, but excellent surfaces none the less. Now I want one with luster.

    That is a great early eagle! Those are big coins that get dinged up easily, yours escaped a brief time in circulation without issue.

    Several members here have bought their first early $10, including myself. I have owned a number of early $5's, but recently bought a nice 1803 $10 from a forum member.
