Ladder? Any premium?

What do you think about these notes? Are they considered "ladders"?? Worth much?

The middle note, the Radar, is my favorite of the three. The other two are spenders, at least to me they are.

Bought. I buy everything. Don't waste time looking at change or sorting through notes at the bank.

Hopefully, I’ll find a legitimate full up or down Ladder that I can afford, but in the meantime, this is my closest.
