Error Card

So I was looking through my cards and came across a 1994 Upper Deck #161 (Jose Lind). Straight to the point, it doesn't have the players name on the front. I've looked for this error all over and can't seem to find it. Just curious if anyone has seen this specific error card before or can point me in the direction of who/what can answer.

These names were foil printed, so this is just a card that did not get the foil treatment. Most collectors treat these sorts of missing foil variations as a printing defect vs. a true error card. Usually not any sort of premium associated with them, though sometimes player/team collectors may pay a little more for these sorts of oddball cards.
