Is anyone able to see my posts?

For whatever reason, when I post something, it won't bump the thread or even show that I've posted something. Also, nobody responded or even looked at a thread I posted. So, my question is, can anyone see what I'm posting? If you can, what's happening? Why is it acting so weird on my end?
