I bought this probably 10 years ago from Jess Lipka. I believe he had the pack of 1-100 graded all at one time. I paid dearly for this replacement note.
Collector of numeral seals. That's the 1928 and 1928A series of FRNs with a number rather than a letter in the district seal. Owner/operator of Bottom Line Currency

I love ALL low # notes no matter what country they're from: and I am especially mesmerized by that second Two Dollar star replacement from 1963 "SerialNumberMan7." Real beauties- all of them! Congrats on such perfect pick ups.

Personally, I don’t consider two-digit serial numbers on small-size Nationals the same as two-digit numbers on 8 digit notes. I look at them the same as a 0000 starting serial number on an eighth-digit note…but they are cool.
Super nice pair of Providence Nationals @cinch. I don’t see too many serial #2s. I have fond childhood memories of living in Rhode Island. My dad was stationed at Quonset Point Naval Air Station. Sometimes it would snow so much, they’d close school the day after the storm. That was cool.

I can match the above serial #10
Twins
That is so cool that the seller included a sticker identifying that #20 FRN as S/N #4
Talk about captioning the obvious - LOL
Have I mentioned I like serial number 12 ?
The two H-B notes look identical, but they are two different series.
