I just read that the football from Tom Bradys first TD pass is coming up for auction.
I wonder what it will sell for?
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Terry Glenn. RIP
I was just coming here to post this story lol. I’m surprised that the guy didn’t try to get in touch with Brady to see if he’d be interested in exchanging it for some autos and pics with Tom.
Edit: we’ve seen what a certain SB jersey meant to him while it was missing, you’d think getting back the ball from his first TD pass would have some meaning too.

If you read the article, the guy that owns it and his friends look at the ball as a good luck charm of sorts. before every SB, He takes it out of the safe deposit box and takes a photo of himself with it. in the 3 times he has not done it, Pats are 1-2in the big game. if the new owner doesn't continue the tradition, are the Patriots doomed???
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Screw that I wouldn’t ask Brady for anything except cash. Brady honestly would try to go cheap with the guy I bet. Auction is the way to go
I’d give it up for the chance to meet Brady in person and have him sign certain items. Maybe get a pc or video of Brady throwing the ball to my son,to me that would be pretty priceless.
If I had to make a guess at what this ball sells for,I’d say under 25k.

I just did a quick google search and found these auction prices:
One of the Deflategate balls sold for 43k
One of the 28-3 comeback balls sold for 41k
I’ll change my estimate to 50k on his first TD ball.

I'm going to say it goes for at least $100,000 come on, let's get nuts!!
I'll bid $10 just to say i bid on it.
In an alternative world, Brady buys it, and maybe matches the money to Glenn's family or charity needs.
Edited to change perfect to alternative.
I am so worried that the safe deposit box tradition will end.
I am terrified.
i didn't know until today that our good fortune was due to this ball.
I think that all of us Patriot fans here on ST need to make a group buy to keep the tradition going.
otherwise, the Pats may never win another trophy.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
I’m down, just let me know when I need to crack open this bad boy....

I find it odd that Brady didn't have his first TD pass in his trophy case from jump street. Why is it out in the wild?

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Terry Glenn caught the pass then threw it into the stands where the owner fought through a group of fans to get it. Here’s the article on espn with more details.

Brady will be the winning bidder. I mean why purchase a six million dollar yacht, if you can't have on board the football from your first NFL touchdown pass, displayed in a glass case to show off to your buddies.
Thanks Eric
