Mazera DeVille (1st Ed) #111 AST - Yugioh Card With Rare Misprint

I was gifted this by a friend probably less then a year after these packs were released. At the time the double print seemed to be a silly mistake but I took good care of it (Being a 1st edition) and am curious if anyone knows anything about double name stamps and how common or uncommon that was for mid-2000s yugioh releases. I've never seen another double name print as I've read the manufacturers often would discard misprints if they were caught and toss the plates for new ones. I'd love to see some photos if anyone else has any double name stamps and if it's just limited to a select few cards...
Also, would love to know how this happens without double stamping the rest of the shiny in the frame
