Unattractive eye appeal, low end for grade: dullish looking, weak strike, dark toning / black spots, major marks (gouged, scratches) for grade, below average luster, puttied, a real dog.
I like coins that are PQ - super cartwheel luster, brilliant, wellstruck, attractive toning (if toned), great eye appeal. No detractive tarnish, toning crap or major marks mucking up eye appeal.
I do not like copper spots on gold coins unless they a very minor and well hidden in the design. I've passed on gold coins with CAC stickers because of the copper spots.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

Attitude: As a YN I have seen some dealers say and do outlandishly stupid things. At the FUN show one guy yelled (screamed) "Keep your hands off those, they're not for sale!" when I was literally just passing by. Can also recall hearing something along the lines of "Yeah, all the serious collectors came to the show yesterday. Today's customers are just here to grocery shop." Needless to say I decided that I was not interested in the PL CC Morgan that I was on the fence over. The grocery shopping remark was comical/nonsensical enough to keep me away.
Price: I go to shows (and online too) and see dealers who are simply asking crazy prices for certain coins. I'm talking about the "I know what I gotz" guys who seem to copy paste their prices off the Redbook and ask like $20 for a worn 1901 V nickel. Will never understand how those people manage to keep running their business. Lots of them in other hobbies too.
For those reasons, these are both things I try to work on most when I go to sell.
