Pack grading question regarding the gum

Going on memory but I haven't sent any packs to be graded in a while. But I know at one time PSA said they would only grade packs if the gum was not broken. And I think only if the gum is whole and not moving around? I have a vintage pack that I know is 100% authentic and the gum is 100% not broken. No tears but if you shake it you can feel the gum slide. Is this the current policy or am I wrong? Is that a real issue and can my pack be graded? Or should I just not send it?
Thanks for yalls time.

No, packs with loose gum are no longer an automatic reject like they once were with the newer holders, but there remains the risk of loose or sliding gum poking holes or slits in the wrapper during transit.

I think PSA should accept submissions of Gum only for grading. Including a fragrance sub-rating,
