Is this double Struck?

Hello community!
I have been a PCGS member now for almost 6 months and I am new to error coins. I have this 1984 Lincoln Cent that has an interesting anomaly that I think is a double-strike from the research I have done. Would the experts take a look at these pics and see what you guys think? There is a funny ring on the obverse and reverse. It looks like there are characters or an image partly showing behind and above the "IN" in "IN GOD WE TRUST".

That is a ridge ring and it comes from die deterioration, not an error.

Thank you my friend!
What @coinbuf said.
This was very common on early zinc cents and is a form of die erosion.
