Through Scripture does not deal directly with our pets in heaven, let's not forget Scripture does reference Christs return on a white horse.; Revelation 19:11. Also, Scripture does say the Lord is aware of even the smallest sparrow which falls (my paraphrase). Additionally, God created animals, birds, fish, etc. before He created man.
So, are our pets in Heaven, I'm betting (faith and hope) we see them again.
Six of our babies have gone before these two. Yep, planning on a big reunion!!!
May I point out dog spelled backwards is God! And he has given us our animals to be good stewards of them.... and the earth.....and for them to be our confort.... and friends.
Believe is a personal thing.....but from the beginning of time man has believed that his animals will be with them in the after life.
Thank you all for your post ..I hope for more to come!
As we have all shared our sadness and joy... is it not ironic that all that could ,or does divides us at times... be a simple solution by just sharing what has united us here?
Think about it... its so simple....eh?
This is Buddy. He was the finder of the "Buddy Hoard" of Churchill Crowns. He worked hard to become the leading authority on Churchill Crowns and wrote the book, Varieties of the Elusive Churchill Crown. He even was a roving instructor at one Summer Seminar. Sadly, Buddy passed away 4 years ago but is remembered by Churchill Crown enthusiasts everywhere.
Ok this is right out of the twight zone....now in my 30's i did hunt mostly ducks and Canadian geese....
Over the years Ive seen some strange animal behaviors.
A young couple who just purchased their 1st home in our neighborhood and I were talking just 2 days ago. I congratulate them and welcome them to the hood!
They like myself love the wild life we have here.
More than one would think, but with all the building their habitats are shrinking.
So since my surgery I walk every morning to loosen up.
While the new couple were talking I told them about seeing goose on the roof!
Yep you read that correct.
So this morning I 2alked up to see what was going on at the pond.
The other day a pair of Canadians had about 8 new hatchlings.
I kept hearing a goose loud thinking it wanted to set down on the pond I kept looking skyward.
I looked onto the pond only 1 male standing alone at the water edge.
Still hearing this loud honking....as i turned and looked up I saw this....
Now I have seen ducks 1 time before and geese two times but what was funny as i rounded the street where the young couple home sat...over on their garage roof was another goose going off big time.
The wife said she had seen another yesterday on a chinney cap doing the same thing...must be goose mating season... what better wat to strut your stuff but by sitting on a roof and screaming "I'm horny"!
Zeus aka Puppers.. He thinks he’s a cat, scared of water, licks himself clean, and does about 14 circles when he’s trying to lay down and get comfortable
And then his favorite chase, the wild cat aka Tiger. Very skittish, loves to catch and eat squirrels, and only shows up at dusk and dawn for an easy meal.
