All right. I’ll admit it. I’m the weirdo. But I like the team of Jim Nance / Tony Romo. I like Romo’s enthusiasm and he is great at communicating what is happening on the field and great at calling what play should/is called.

Brad Nessler for a UGA game. Then it's cigar Sunday with him up at our bar for Falcons game and everyone tells him to punch Gary in the balls next time he runs his mouth about the Dawgs.

I forget his name but there's a Scottish dude that does soccer, he's hilarious.

Any of the Spanish announcers for soccer.

    Baseball: all the Carey's.

Hockey, Melrose but I haven't heard him or watched a game in a minute.

I've mentioned this before, but when Gus Johnson starts raising his voice it could be the Little Sisters of the Poor playing and i'd start getting excited. he's my #1.

but i also love me some Bill Raftery......the onions!!!

and Jim Nantz calling anything, but ESPECIALLY golf

on the downside, if I never have to listen to Troy Aikman or Cris Collinsworth again it'll be too soon

Denny Matthews by far. Been with the Royals since inception.
With Denny, he knew what he was there to do. It was all about the baseball game.
Not about himself, not about where they were going for dinner after the game, etc.
Just the baseball game. He has always been the consummate professional announcer.

And he's in the Hall of Fame because of it.
