Registered mail question

Hey fellas, quick question for you registered mailers. I am preparing a relatively heavy submission (wish it was to PSA). I know I can’t use clear tape, because they might need to see if a seal was broken etc... Knowing that, though, led me to this question: since they need to see the seal, am I only allowed to put only one piece of tape on the bottom, so the one seal is still visible? Since it is weighty, obviously would like to use more than one, or at least use perpendicular pieces across the width. Is any or all of this allowed? I googled and didn’t see this topic mentioned. Thanks very much in advance.

You can even wrap the whole box in it if you want. The reason for the tape is so that they can tell if it's been opened. They round stamp all the seals so they can tell if it's been opened. Lots of registered I've handled had tape going perpendicular then a piece of paper tape going the correct way over them.
