1952D cent - is this a DDO, or something else?

Hi, new to this group. I’m looking to learn more on errors. I found this cent coin roll hunting last night, never found a doubled die, figured it’s too good to be true. Can anyone weigh in? (Additional “ST” to the right of “TRUST”)
