Is this a mint error?

So, is this a mint error? Inside zero is a triangular shape that should not be there. And I know, some moron touched this uncirculated coin with some greasy fingers.

    I would think so. Pictures are great for the study.
    The reeds look like a music box cylinder for the music keys.

    Good spot although as per Top this is a relatively mild one...
