Bought this from...

Collectors Alliance over 5 days ago and it still hasn't even been shipped out... I paid $10 for the coin and this is absolutely freaking ridiculous... It should've been shipped out either yesterday or the day before... It's getting frustrating... I've contacted the seller for a refund and still no word...

Well I've never heard of "the most trusted name in collecting" until just now, but I'm going to say this is not the pedigree I'd be looking for:

    https://www.collectorsalliance.com/aboutus.asp

Don Davis: Don has been the host for AVC’s Collectible Coins for 3 years, but has been on television for over a quarter of a century on HSN, America’s Store, the Shopping Channel and more. He has a passion for collectibles, with an emphasis on coins. His goal isn’t just to show you beautiful coins, but to teach you about their numismatics and the history behind them. Off-Air Don is known simply as a loving husband and father, who is a hobbyist at heart. You can watch Don Davis on AVC every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5-10pm, and Sundays from 5-7pm.

Mike Mezack : Mike is, and always has been, the face of the collectible coin movement on television. For over a quarter of a century, Mike has been selling coins on the Home Shopping Network. In addition, he has spent over a decade on Value Vision, Shop at Home, CSN, and in numerous infomercials. He specializes on the best deals for the finest coins on the market. If you’ve never seen his show, make sure to check him out. As Mike says, “If you’re going to collect something, and everyone does, it might as well be money.”

    $10?
    An angry thread over $10?
    Seriously?

It appears the order was placed late in the day (Pacific time) on Wednesday, which would make a Thursday shipping date pretty darn fast. Friday might have been reasonable, but then we have the weekend where things aren't always shipped by companies. Now we're at around noon (Pacific time) on Monday and there is no shipping information. Was there a definition of "Standard Delivery" for their shipping speed?

This seems like some combination of buyer's remorse and impatience.

You are being unreasonable toward me and to the dealer. Iadvise you to be more patient especially when naming a dealer and putting him/her in a bad light when your complaint is definitely unfounded. Give the guy a break, it hasn't been anytime yet for you to be concerned in any way.
And lighten up to members here, all opinions are welcome when you post, you should know this by now

Usually posted shipping days are business days. The day you place the order probably doesn’t count and weekends definitely don’t count. If you didn’t pay for expedited shipping, give them a week to get it on the move, and then a reasonable amount of time for it to slowly move across the country.

Edit: if they’re small or busy or lazy, standard shipping means “when all the people who paid for quick shipping have been taken care of”
