I got it and still have eBay bucks to use from the prior quarter-uncommon for me (although the amount to use is under $10).
I thought they were ending the bucks program at the end of March?

They ended the 1% on every purchase but are still doing the occasional bonus amount for several day periods (like the current 5% for 3 days).
