F/S 1972 Topps Basketball Wax Pack $595

I recently bought out a local elderly gentleman who ran a card shop back in the mid 1980s to mid 1990s. When I was 13 years old back in 1988 I actually bought a 1988 Fleer Basketball wax box from him. I will never forget pulling 5 Jordan cards out of the box. Anyway, this same man closed down the shop and stored all of his inventory in a mini storage that he owned. He wasn't a collector and practically abandoned all of it. This inventory has been stuck in the mini storage for 25+ years. I was going through a random tote and found this. I didn't even know what year it was until I researched it.
This 1972 Topps wax pack was in a plastic sleeve. All indications show that this pack is authentic and unsearched. Roller marks on the wax line up and folds appear original I have taken many pictures that I will share below. Please take a look at all of the pictures and examine for yourself. I fully believe this pack to be the real deal. A Dr J Julius Erving RC may lurk inside. I will take $595 Paypal FF.

Is the gum intact and secure?
The gum is broken. Feels like 3 large pieces. Fairly secure as it's not moving around.
