Is Min Size a common issue on Magic/Bird rookie?

My buddy sent in this Magic/Bird rookie that he pulled from a pack 30+ years ago. Ended up coming back N6 Min Size. Is that common for 1980 topps Basketball and this card? I know it is common on the Gretzky rookie, but never really read any posts about it happening on Magic/Bird. At least it is a freebie and it can be submitted again or to BGS. So is there a history of min size happening a lot on this card, or is it a one-off. Told my buddy to measure it when he get's home.

    Yes for sure. PSA is completely aloof about minsizerq. If they know it is for certain a factory cut -- grade the darn card! SIMPLE

    I bought 2 of them in psa holders, cracked them out and got them signed. When I subbed them one came back min-size. I resubbed it and it came back with a numerical grade.
