    Yes, I’ve seen them. All of the notes are real $2 notes with decals applied.

    I thnk it is very helpful for them to draw that box and label it "Serial Number"
    just to reduce the potential for mistakes....

    I think that it's actually a secret GPS code that tells the location of buried treasure.
